M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a dependable Dispatcher I for overnight operations at our Ruther Glen, Virginia facility. You will serve as the primary contact for customers and field teams, handling service requests, work orders, and status updates with precision.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently overnight, and effective communication across teams. This on-site position supports a 24/7 operation with a rotating schedule and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with 1+ years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to document and relay detailed information accurately.
• Ability to work overnight hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive service, maintenance, and emergency requests by telephone, email, databases, and other channels.
• Create accurate work orders or service tickets with required information.
• Prioritize requests according to procedures and urgency.
• Dispatch technicians to work locations and monitor status and coverage.
• Communicate assignments and updates to customers, technicians, managers, and project personnel.
• Maintain accurate records within designated systems.
• Support overnight operational activities and travel coordination as needed.
• Adhere to dispatch procedures and quality management standards.
