The Parking Spot is hiring a Dispatcher in Platte Woods, MO. You will dispatch shuttles to ensure timely service between the parking facility and the airport, maintain coverage, and support guest needs. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and reliable multi-tasking

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Clear spoken English required for safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Dispatch shuttles and maintain coverage at the facility and airport.
• Meet service level targets with proper shuttle movement.
• Keep a neat and clean work area.
• Cooperate with and communicate with team members for best service.
• Cross-train for other frontline roles as directed by management.
• Provide guests with accurate information about the facility and terminals.
