The Parking Spot is hiring a Dispatcher in Aurora, CO. You will dispatch shuttles, ensure coverage, and communicate clearly with team members to meet service levels between our parking facilities and the airport.

We offer an hourly pay rate of $21 with bonus opportunities, plus eligibility for benefits, PTO, and an employee ownership program. Training and career development are provided to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Dispatch, cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to greet customers professionally and manage shuttle movement.
• Proficient in basic math and computer use for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Dispatch shuttles and maintain coverage to meet service levels.
• Coordinate movement between parking facility and airport for targets.
• Keep work area neat and communicate effectively with the team.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed.
