Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking an Overnight Dispatcher to ensure timely shuttle dispatch between our parking facilities and the airport. This full-time role runs 10pm–6am and offers a competitive starting rate with bonus opportunities for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch shuttles and maintain adequate coverage at the facility and airport.
• Meet service targets through efficient shuttle movement.
• Keep a neat, clean work area and assist teammates as needed.
• Provide guests with accurate information about parking and terminals.
• Communicate effectively with management and cross-train as directed.
