Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher in Irving, TX. You will coordinate shuttle dispatch to ensure on-time service between our facilities and the airport, while maintaining coverage and a tidy work area.

This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and customer service with opportunities for bonus pay, employee ownership benefits, and ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner.
• Dispatch shuttles and maintain ample coverage at the parking facility and airport.
• Ensure targets are met through proper movement of shuttles.
• Maintain neat and clean work area.
• Cooperate with and communicate effectively to all team members to ensure the best possible service and efficient operations.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Provide guests with accurate information as it relates to the parking facility and airport terminals.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
