Job summary

Core Dynamics Supported Living & DD Services in Meridian, Idaho is seeking Overnight Direct Support Professionals to provide safe, stable overnight care for adults with disabilities in their homes. You will be onsite and available during the night, with shifts designed for sleep when appropriate.

Typical duties include safety checks and, if needed, administering medications, plus helping with bedtime and morning routines while documenting activities and observations for residents’ well‑being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old or older
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Dependable and able to respond appropriately overnight
• Comfortable administering medications and completing safety checks
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• Able to meet employment and health requirements
• Experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform brief safety or wellness checks as required
• Administer scheduled medications if applicable
• Respond to participants’ needs during the night
• Assist with bedtime or morning routines as assigned
• Complete required documentation
• Maintain a safe, calm overnight environment
