Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• No record of abuse/neglect or exploitation of others.
• Montana driver's license is required with acceptable driving record and insurance within 1 month of hire.
• Complete all required trainings within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support and supervision to individuals.
• Maintains and monitors the safety and cleanliness of home/apartment.
• Assists individuals with personal care as needed.
• Accompanies and transports individuals to community events and medical appointments.
• Documents accurately using Paycom and Data Management Systems.
