Job summary

Core Dynamics Supported Living & DD Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist adults with disabilities in building independence, pursuing personal goals, and engaging with their communities.

We offer day and evening shifts with both full-time and part-time opportunities in Meridian/Boise/Nampa. Starting pay is $16-$19 per hour, with paid training and certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Dependable, patient and compassionate.
• Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living.
• Able to observe, communicate, and complete required documentation.
• Able to meet employment and health requirements.
• Experience in caregiving, developmental disabilities, healthcare, behavioral support, or related work is a plus.

Responsibilities
