Job summary

Opportunity Matters is seeking an Overnight Direct Support Professional for sleep shifts in Sartell, MN. You will support clients during night hours and assist with morning routines as part of a compassionate team.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, and helping clients maintain independence. This part-time DSP role involves weekend work and a focus on safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Obtain and maintain DHS Background Study clearance.
• Obtain and maintain OMI Medication Administration certificate within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lead individuals served and communicate effectively; work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene cares for adult males and females.
• Assist with mobility and daily living activities.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Administer medications and monitor client wellbeing.
