Synova Group is seeking an Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional in Lake Lillian, MN, to provide compassionate, around-the-clock support to individuals with disabilities or behavioral needs. You will help with daily routines, safety, and community integration while maintaining a calm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle.
• Successfully pass a DHS background study.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships and support individuals in developing friendships and community connections.
• Assist with daily routines such as cooking, household tasks, personal care, hygiene, and leisure activities.
• Support health and safety needs, money management, and behavior support strategies.
• Administer medications according to training and procedures.
• Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings.
• Document services and important events using an online documentation system.
• Encourage independence while providing the level of support needed.
