Fraser is seeking motivated Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Hopkins, MN, working full-time or part-time in group homes and apartments.

The role includes ADLs, personal care, medication assistance, and transportation planning to support adults with diverse needs. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time employees and options for flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care in group homes.
• Support medication administration and money management for clients.
• Plan and transport clients to activities; support community integration.
• Provide meal preparation and adaptability to handle various foods.
• Engage clients in meaningful daily routines and social activities.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality care and safety.

Fraser is seeking motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team, working full-time or part-time in a group setting within our group homes and apartments. Enjoy the flexibility of a customizable schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

In this role, you will work directly with clients, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and planning community activities. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals passionate about providing high-quality care and making a lasting impact on the lives of adults and families with diverse needs!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with:

• Medication administration
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
• Money management
• Personal care (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
• Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
• Planning and transportation to/from activities
• Community integration

• Fraser is currently hiring for Full-time positions:
• Sunday through Thursday 10:00 pm - 9:00 am
• Hopkins, MN
  • Weekend Live-in schedule
  • Shift begins on Friday at 10:00 pm and ends on Sunday at 10:00 pm

The starting pay range for this role is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on up qualifications + meals on some shifts.
