Chrysalis Therapeutic Boarding School in Eureka, Montana is looking for an Overnight Direct Support Professional to support adolescents aged 13-18 on their mental wellness journey. This full-time, onsite role involves working collaboratively with a team and guiding teens in various activities.

$500 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 90 days and meeting onboarding expectations

As an Overnight Direct Support Professional, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support adolescents ages 13-18 in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Every day you will participate and guide teen girls in experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and a variety of other on and off campus activities. To thrive at Chrysalis, you must have an empathetic heart and maintain personal and professional boundaries with teens.
