Job summary

Seasons Adult Foster Care L.L.C seeks Direct Support Professionals for overnight coverage in Staples, Motley, and Pillager, MN. Role includes assisting adults with disabilities during the night, completing checks, and documenting care plans in a residential setting.

Positions include Awake NOC (7PM–7AM) and Sleep NOC (9PM–9AM); weekend/holiday availability may be required, with emphasis on safety, dignity, and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass Minnesota DHS background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately using basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow 245D requirements and company policies.
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support with nighttime routines and personal care needs.
• Complete scheduled checks and monitor individuals throughout the overnight hours.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for individuals while they sleep.
• Respond appropriately to individuals who wake during the night or need assistance.
• Follow individual care plans and provide support based on each person’s needs.
• Administer medications according to established procedures and schedules.
• Observe and report changes in behavior, health, or sleep patterns.
• Complete overnight documentation and progress notes.
