Job summary

Bancroft in Voorhees, NJ is hiring Direct Support Professionals for overnight shifts in our Adult Residential program. This full-time, non-exempt role offers an hourly rate of $19.06–$19.44 with a Sun-Tue 11p-9a schedule and stable, caring work in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License in the candidate’s legal name and current address; one year driving experience.
• Minimum six months related work experience OR Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect direct observational data.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
• Provide personal care and supervision, teaching daily living and functional skills.
• Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and community outings; provide safe transportation.
• Complete paperwork and maintain communication with residents, families and guardians.
