Bancroft seeks Direct Support Professionals for its Day Program in Voorhees, NJ. You will work with adults and/or youths with autism and developmental disabilities, following behavioral plans and promoting growth in daily living skills.

The role offers a regular schedule, non-exempt full-time employment, and a competitive hourly rate. Bancroft emphasizes a compassionate, empathetic approach and teamwork with the Adult Residential - BI department.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License in the candidate’s legal name and current address. One year minimum driving experience.
• Minimum six months related work experience OR Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a degree program in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect direct observational data.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities (personal hygiene, social awareness, meal prep, money management, housekeeping).
• Provide personal care and supervision, teaching daily living and functional skills.
• Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and community outings; provide safe transportation.
• Complete paperwork and provide regular documentation; maintain communication with residents and families.
