We are looking for individuals to work as Direct Support Professionals, helping people with disabilities live independently, achieve goals, and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Companionship
• Community engagement and socialization
• Personal hygiene
• Routine housekeeping tasks
• Administration of medications
• Money management
• Nutrition, grocery shopping, and cooking
• Attending medical appointments
• Proper use of appliances and adaptive/assistive devices
• Home safety, first aid, and emergency procedures

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Pass background checks
• Valid driver’s license, working vehicle, personal vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours (as required) including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent work and personal references
• No experience required

Additional expectations include completing all required written documentation and supporting reports of services provided; managing a variable work schedule with good attendance and punctuality; completing ongoing in-service and other educational training.
