Coshoctonjfs in Coshocton, OH is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults with developmental disabilities to live more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives. This is a hands-on, community-facing role with evenings, weekends, and shifts up to 40 hours per week.

Pay starts at $17.25 per hour, with additional $1 for evenings, $2 for Friday evenings, and $5 for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Pay & Incentives:

• $17.25/hour (day services and home & community-based services)

Shift Differentials

• +$1.00/hour for evening shifts


• +$2.00/hour for Friday evenings


• +$5.00/hour for Saturday & Sunday shifts
