Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Webster, MA. The role supports adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with daily activities, community participation, and appointments.

The DSP will work Thur and Fri from 11pm–9am (20 hours per week) and receive paid orientation, CPR/First Aid, and MAP training. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered for residential direct care staff, with additional milestone bonuses.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate for adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities and empower them to be active in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, hygiene, shopping, and transportation.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and goals and ensure safety during activities.
