DDM, Inc. has immediate openings for Direct Support Professional (DSP) Floater to provide care across multiple residential homes. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and knowledge of DDM policies.

You will fill in for vacancies, vacations, and call-outs to ensure continuity of care for residents. Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday overnight 9p-9a in Jasper, GA. Pay rate: $15.00 hourly with a $250 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct care and support to residents with developmental disabilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cover vacancies, vacations, and call-outs.
• Ability to follow individualized support plans (ISPs) and document care accurately.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents and monitor health.
• Follow ISP guidance to promote personal growth and development.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation per policy.
• Foster a positive, supportive environment and encourage community participation.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and communication records.
