Job summary

Pathfinder is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Overnight Floater in Plymouth, IN, to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This role involves teaching essential life skills, providing health and safety monitoring, and facilitating community engagement while ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals.

The position requires flexibility in working various shifts and offers a competitive pay rate starting at $16 per hour, with additional differentials for weekend and overnight shifts. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to support people with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
