Job summary

Sevita's REM Community Services in Ohio is seeking a compassionate caregiver for a part-time night shift to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will help with daily living activities and community participation, building meaningful relationships along the way.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants to engage in community activities and desired hobbies.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.

Hire wage is $17 hourly awake and $13.45 hourly for scheduled sleep hours

This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy.

Proof of full coverage vehicle insurance and reliable personal vehicle is required.
