People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with development disabilities in a residential setting. Part-time, full-time, or relief positions available across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and nearby areas. Training provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
TB screening and Physical required upon hire with updates every two years

Responsibilities

Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program by assisting with daily activities and maintaining a structured routine.
Provide meal preparation, personal care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
Assist with medical appointments and medication distribution as needed
