Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will help with daily activities, meals, personal care, and coordinating medical appointments, while promoting a structured, safe routine.

The role offers on-site training, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement options. No experience required; on-the-job paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someones life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid drivers license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes: individual community outings, meal preparation, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution.
