People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-timeovernights in the Fall River area. Pay rate is $21.00 per hour, increasing to $22.00 after one year of benefit-eligible employment.

Shifts include Sunday, Monday and Friday from 11pm–9am, with multiple openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required; we offer on-the-job paid training, professional development, and opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required for direct care roles.
• Ongoing on-the-job paid training, professional development and career advancement offered.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily living activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Provide meal preparation and accompany community outings.
