Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time evening shifts in the Fall River area. Compensation starts at $21.00 per hour, with a $1 premium after one year of benefit-eligible employment.

Positions include part-time, full-time, relief/per diem and multiple shift options in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and nearby communities. We offer no-experience-required entry with free on-the-job training, professional development, growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Be compassionate and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and a Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine.
• Include meal preparation, personal care and medical appointments.
• Coordinate individual community outings and activities.
