People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for overnight shifts in our Massachusetts residential program. You will support adults with developmental disabilities, assist with daily living, meals, and community outings, while maintaining structured routines.

Qualifications

• Be compassionate and enjoy helping others.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record required.
• TB screening and physical required upon hire, TB updates every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Meal preparation and personal care assistance.
• Facilitate individual community outings and activities.
• Maintain structured daily routines and coordinate medical appointments.
