Job summary

Mondelez International offers a Customer Service & Logistics Intern program in the United States, introducing you to field-site logistics planning, customer service coordination, and transportation/distribution networks. You will rotate through deductions, credits or order management roles while supporting store delivery operations.

The Internship includes housing support, travel reimbursement, and opportunities to present value-added projects to leadership, with potential full-time conversion

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2029.
• Applicants must have work authorization in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Supply as a Site Logistics Planner in Distribution Centers.
• Assist Customer Service roles in deduction, credit, or order management with daily operations.
• Learn Transportation and Distribution networks and load/expense/anagement processes.
• Support Direct Store Delivery branches with route management and inventory control.
