Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Deli Assistant Manager to lead the on-site deli and food service operations. You will own execution, drive the fas craves program, and supervise a fast-paced team to deliver high-quality, craveable food.

Responsibilities include daily operations, staff coaching, scheduling, and ensuring food safety. The role reports to the Store Manager and offers a sign-on bonus after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (CT/FL rules apply depending on location) or 21+ elsewhere in the US as stated by policy.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, overnight shifts.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day deli operations and drive fas craves execution.
• Lead food preparation, presentation, merchandising, and promotions.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing deli team.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage deli financials: food cost, waste, and labor efficiency.
• Partner with Store Manager to align with store goals.
