Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing is helpful but not required; training is provided.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle milk from farm families to produce Cabot products.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Work with a team to keep production running safely and efficiently.
