Cabot Creamery & Agri-Mark is hiring overnight sanitation technicians at our Cabot, VT plant to maintain clean, safe production areas on the 3rd shift (10:20 PM – 6:20 AM). The role offers hourly pay with immediate progression, shift differentials, and supplemental pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills are required.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are expected.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas following established food safety procedures.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow sanitation protocols.
• Inspect equipment and work areas for cleanliness and readiness for production.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete sanitation tasks.
• Support a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.
