Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery in Middlebury, VT is hiring for a third shift 12-hour Operator (6pm–6am) on a 40-hour week, with a starting rate of $30.15 plus 7–10% night differential. The role leads on cheese making and whey drying equipment, and requires cross-training across production lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production is preferred.
• Ability to lead and guide trainees.
• Good judgment and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Lead operator on cheese making and whey drying equipment.
• Operate dryer, evaporator, filtration and separator units.
• Establish and maintain effective team relationships and train coworkers.
• Maintain accurate production records and quality data.
• Cross-train across multiple production positions.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
