Job summary

PLS Logistics Service is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative at our Brooklyn location. The CSR will be the face of PLS, delivering superior service, educating customers on products, and ensuring compliant transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, using the POS system, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean store while supporting flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and assess needs.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Process transactions accurately using POS system.
• Resolve complaints or refer to Store Manager for resolution.
• Keep the store neat and clean for customers and team members.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
