Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking an Overnight Custodian for Kohler Waters Spa. This casual part-time role is onsite with hours from 10:00pm to 2:00am, weekdays and weekends, at Kohler, WI.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, furnishings, restrooms, and windows, plus outdoor duties and reporting defects to the Custodial Services Coordinator. Training is provided; previous custodial experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary.
• Candidates are thoroughly trained to perform assigned duties.
• Must meet training criteria before working independently.

Work Mode:Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
• Clean and maintaining furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility.
• Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
• Clean office areas, as assigned.
• Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris.
• Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
• Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator.

This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours are between 10:00pm - 2:00am.

Skills/Requirements

• Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Candidates are thoroughly trained to perform assigned duties.
• Required to successfully fulfill training criteria prior to working independently.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
