Job summary

The Overnight Custodian position at Kohler Waters Spa, Kohler Co., is a casual part-time role based onsite in Kohler, WI. You will clean floors, furnishings, restrooms, office areas, entrances, and perform outdoor duties in varied weather, with hours 10:00pm–2:00am across weekdays and weekends.

Applicants should have a high school diploma; custodial experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided prior to working independently, and candidates must be authorized to work in the US

• Clean and maintaining furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility.
• Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
• Clean office areas, as assigned.
• Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris.
• Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
• Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator.

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
  
• Clean and maintaining furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility.
  
• Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
  
• Clean office areas, as assigned.
  
• Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris.
  
• Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions.
  
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
  
• Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator.

This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours are between 10:00pm - 2:00am.

Skills/Requirements

• Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Candidates are thoroughly trained to perform assigned duties.
  
• Required to successfully fulfill training criteria prior to working independently.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
