Job summary

Sterling Kohler is looking for a detail-oriented Overnight Custodian to maintain the beauty of the resort. This part-time role primarily works from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, encompassing various cleaning responsibilities, including public restrooms and meal areas.

The ideal candidate should be able to lift over 25 pounds and endure long periods on their feet. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary.

• Cleaning and maintaining furnishings & fixtures in the hotel.
• Cleaning and maintaining public area restrooms.
• Garbage collection in the interior and exterior of the building.

Overnight Custodian, Sports Core

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Join our detail-oriented custodial team and help maintain the beauty and charm of resort.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining floor coverings and surfaces (vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor polishing, tile scrubbing, etc.)
• Cleaning and maintaining furnishings & fixtures in the hotel (chairs, couches, lamps, railings, interior glass, mirrors, elevators, etc.)
• Cleaning and maintaining public area restrooms
• Cleaning and maintaining employee meal areas
• Garbage collection in the interior and exterior of the building
• Cleaning of selected resort F&B outlets

This is a part-time opportunity working primarily between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, weekdays and weekends. Appropriate uniform will be provided. Appropriate grooming is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary
• Candidate must have the ability to lift 25+ pounds and tolerate being on their feet for the majority of their shift
• Overnight and weekend hours required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
