Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Custodial Supervisor for the night shift to oversee daily performance of janitorial staff on assigned zones. You will supervise, train, and inspect cleaning services per contract while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and respect for persons with disabilities.

The role requires scheduling, reporting, and ensuring quality and safety on the 9:30pm-6:00am shift, with a pay rate of $28.04 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years of custodial supervision and administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPR/FR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodian assignments for a specific shift/area, ensuring contract requirements are met.
• Train staff in proper cleaning procedures and inspect performance.
• Maintain daily logs and prepare required reports.
• Ensure safety, dress code, and time/attendance compliance.
• Coordinate with Shift Manager and QA inspectors to resolve discrepancies.
