Job summary

Chimes is hiring an Overnight Supervisor (9:30pm - 6:00am) to oversee janitorial operations at the Baltimore facility. You will supervise, train, and inspect custodial staff, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and safety standards.

Strong interpersonal skills and respect for persons with disabilities are essential. You will manage shift assignments, monitor performance, and prepare reports while maintaining a positive relationship with staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• CPR/FR certification is required.
• Knowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial staff on overnight shift, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Plan and assign custodial tasks per contract specifications.
• Train staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety policies.
• Maintain daily time/attendance records and payroll-related tasks.
