Job summary

Chimes DC Brand at BWI Airport is seeking a Supervisory Custodial Operations role to oversee day-to-day janitorial services across terminal areas on a 2:00pm-10:00pm shift. The position requires strong leadership, adherence to contract specifications, and a focus on safety and quality.

The successful candidate will train staff, manage schedules, report on performance, and maintain daily records while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service for the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum two (3) years’ experience in custodial supervision and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of custodial staff on assigned shift and area.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety policies.
• Train staff on new procedures and inspect work for quality and timeliness.
• Maintain daily logs, time records, and reports for management.
