Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and dress code compliance. Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills are essential for this essential role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and professional certifications are preferred.
• Experience supervising custodial staff and administrative duties required.
• Knowledge of electronic tracking systems (MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, JAMS).
• Commitment to safety procedures and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day performance of custodial staff on assigned shifts.
• Schedule and inspect cleaning activities to meet contract standards.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with dress code, safety, and personal hygiene standards.
• Train staff on procedures and corrective actions for deficiencies.
• Review inspection reports and coordinate with management for improvements.
