PLS in Garland, TX is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our check cashing store. You will provide friendly service, educate customers on our products, and ensure transactions comply with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in hospitality/retail/financial services preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and upsell products when appropriate.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Educating customers on our products and services.
• Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Following company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling.
• Using the point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions.
• Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution.
• Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members.
• Performing other duties as instructed by management.
