Job summary

PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services with over 200 centers in 12 states, headquartered in Chicago. This CSR role is the frontline representation of PLS, delivering superior customer service and educating customers on financial products and services at our Arlington, TX location.

The CSR will ensure transactions comply with regulations, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and support store operations while offering solutions to customers’ needs.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Honesty and integrity are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and accurate transactions.
• Use the POS system to process transactions.
• Resolve complaints or refer to Store Manager for resolution.
• Help maintain a neat store environment.
