Job summary

Community Care Alliance in Rhode Island is seeking an overnight 988 Clinical Supervisor to manage the East Providence site, oversee crisis response activities and support the 988 Crisis Counselors. The role emphasizes empathy, safety assessment, and coordination with BH Link teams and public safety as needed.

Ideal candidates bring crisis intervention experience, multilingual abilities, and a Bachelor's in human services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in human services preferred; can substitute experience.
• 1-3 Years in crisis intervention preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages preferred (and compensated).

Responsibilities

• Work on site at the 988 Call Center in East Providence.
• Answer crisis calls, chats, and texts with empathy and professionalism.
• Routinely assess risk of suicidality and other safety concerns.
• Coordinate with BH Link clinical team and 911 as appropriate.
• Supervise and support 988 Crisis Counselors during the shift.
• Contribute to training and development of resource materials.
