Job summary

R3 Continuum, LLC seeks diverse behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Rhode Island. You’ll work with organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events, delivering immediate, compassionate care.

Independent consultant arrangement with CIR training options. Licensed in RI with a master’s in mental health, and liability coverage required; training support available if needed.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Rhode Island (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, LIMHP or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's CIR training or provide proof of approved CIR training.
