Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is a plus.
• Prior crisis intervention, mental health counseling, social work, or related field experience preferred.
• Familiarity with de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assess crisis situations and determine level of danger or need for intervention.
• Provide direct crisis intervention via phone, in person, or virtually.
• Offer immediate emotional support and help clients manage distress.
• Develop crisis plans and document interactions per agency policies.
