Job summary

Spurwink is hiring an Overnight Crisis Provider to deliver comprehensive psychiatric/crisis assessments and care for individuals ages 14+. The role is full-time year-round, with 3-12 hour days and a $2 shift differential for nights and weekends, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Qualifications

• MHRT-C certification or MHRT-C eligible, or a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor or Employment Specialist, or a Certified or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Maintain a current Maine driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving Policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records and documentation according to Spurwink, billing, regulatory, and licensing standards including assessments, Individual Service Plans, progress notes, and quarterly reviews.
• Oversee implementation of Individual Service Plan, monitor and document progress.
• Maintain regular contact with team members and other community professionals involved with client.
• Identify and assess physical and behavioral health-related risk factors and ensure that clients and families are aware of all community services and resources.
• Assist families in accessing resources and provide support through phone contact and face-to-face meetings through home visits and community outreach.

Spurwink is hiring hard-working candidates like you to become an Overnight Crisis Provider.

This is a full-time year-round hourly position (3-12-hour days) with a $2 shift differential for nights and weekends. This program provides comprehensive psychiatric/crisis assessments and care to individuals ages 14+. Spurwink has opened the first Living Room Crisis model in the state of Maine. Open 24/7, 365 days a year, the center will offer a space for individuals and families to seek crisis support through the use of trained professionals, comprehensive assessments, and coordination with community supports and resources.
