Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief in Randolph, VT. Lead a team of clerks to manage night operations, stock shelves, unload deliveries, and maintain a clean, well-organized store.

You will train new members, monitor inventory, and ensure policy compliance while working the 11PM–7AM or 12PM–8AM shifts. Competitive pay with weekly wages and benefits are offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

A Day in the Life:

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
