Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief in Ludlow, VT to lead a team of clerks through night shifts, supervise stocking, unload deliveries, and maintain store operations.

You will train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure policy compliance while keeping the store clean and organized. You will oversee deliveries, support a safe work environment, and deliver excellent customer service during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in retail or grocery is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work overnight shifts is required.
• Ability to lift heavy items as part of the role.

A Day in the Life:

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
