Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief to lead a team of clerks through the night, ensuring shelves are stocked, deliveries are processed, and the store remains clean and organized.

You will train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and enforce store policies while maintaining high service standards and safety. Night shifts require strong leadership and the ability to lift heavy items as needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in retail or grocery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfort with overnight shifts and lifting heavy items.

You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
