Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief to lead a team of clerks, manage stock, and ensure the store runs smoothly through the night. You will supervise unloading trucks, organize shelves, and train new members to uphold company standards.

The role requires supervisory retail experience, strong leadership and communication, the ability to work 11PM-7AM or 12AM-8AM, and physical ability to lift heavy items.

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
