Albertsons Companies Inc. in Brookline, MA is seeking a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief to lead a team of clerks through the night.

You will supervise stocking shelves, unload trucks, and maintain store conditions, train new members, and ensure policies are followed while keeping the store safe and organized. This role requires supervisory retail/grocery experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work overnight shifts and lift heavy items.

A Day in the Life:

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
